Who are you?

You are a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with experience in loan servicing/operations. If so, we are searching for a qualified Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist I to efficiently perform daily tasks associated with servicing of consumer loans and residential mortgage loan accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience with collateral maintenance on consumer loans and real-estate secured loans. In addition to title work, including processing, reviewing, and managing title documentation. This role involves handling various aspects of loan servicing while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will be responsible for:

1. Processing loan payments, modifications, and payoffs including lien releases and satisfactions.
2. Responding to customer inquiries regarding loan balances, payment schedules, transaction history and loan account details.
3. Scanning and indexing retail loan documentation ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
4. Performing new loan reviews for consumer and residential mortgage loans
5. Monitoring loan accounts for insurance and escrow requirements.

Requirements:

Education & Experience -- *You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 1-2 years of previously related experience and/or training OR* an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred -- Experience with maintaining of loan collateral and title work, with good understanding of title documentation processes.

*Skills *-- You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of critical thinking and assessing complex situations.
• Highly attentive to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing efficiently.
• Foundational knowledge of consumer loan products and loan servicing practices.
