Te āheinga - The opportunity:

Working in a high-performance team within one of our Global energy clients. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager and working within a collaborative and supportive team.

For the successful candidate, this collaborative and integral position will be a career-defining role to support the foundations for the client’s ongoing success in 2024.

A snapshot of a typical day:

  • Manage inspections, handle day-to-day repairs and maintenance, respond to emergencies and execute preventative maintenance

  • Oversee site operations to ensure uninterrupted property services, collaborate with vendors for optimal work schedules

  • Maintain building operations for efficient asset management

  • Assist the management, liaise with tenants, provide superior customer service

  • Work as a part of an experienced Facilities Management Team and deliver exceptional results.

Mo koe - About you:

  • (ESSENTIAL) Facilities Management experience with a strong focus on commercial assets

  • (ESSENTIAL) Familiar with office equipment maintenance (UPS, HVAC, electrical boards etc)

  • (ESSENTIAL) Experience within compliance, sustainability and strong knowledge of Fire, Mechanical and Electrical Services

  • Trade experience/qualification highly desirable

  • Contractor management experience in commercial or industrial building environments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
