Position Summary

As a Manager of the Seasonal Event Setup Team, you will be responsible for providing executional and administrative support for all corporate event programs. This is a business facing role, managing all aspects of seasonal event setup, including markdowns.

You will collaborate across multiple teams such as Store Order Release, Inventory Planning, Category Management, Logistics and Store Operations to accommodate requests, address opportunities and ensure proper execution. Additionally, this role partners with IT and technology partners to help drive system enhancements.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role is accountable for:

  • Manage all components of seasonal markdown strategy, creation of end of season disposition grid, markdown execution and store communication.

  • Strategize and execute DC / Store realignments regarding Seasonal setup – coordinate with DC logistics to align proper seasonal flow from the new DC and execute required updates accordingly.

  • Event Calendar management: Encompasses seasonal systems UI maintenance as well as shared excel files.

  • Work closely with Store Order Release team to ensure timely execution of seasonal product flow.

  • Seasonal setup, store group creation and maintenance of seasonal programs

  • Manage day to day communication with key business partners.

  • Manage IT system enhancements – including Development, UAT and Implementation

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in retail supply chain

  • 2+ years SQL experience

  • 2+ years Intermediate Excel experience (Pivots and Macros)

  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely task execution

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including facilitating skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service

  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision

  • Proven ability to multitask and handle competing priorities

  • Ability to establish relationships with Seasonal team key stakeholders

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
