Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team in the greater Wellesley, Massachusetts area. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our office environment and requires excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks related to office administration, report writing, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Organize office operations and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency

• Serve as the point person for office related tasks and queries

• Maintain and manage office supplies inventory

• Operate office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and copiers

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, report writing, and presentation creation

• Provide back office support to various teams and departments

• Coordinate office functions and events

• Assist in the preparation and management of office calendar

• Oversee administrative procedures and processes for office personnel

• Use strong math and analytical skills to solve problems and make decisions

• Demonstrate strong communication skills in liaising with different departments and teams.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Strong Administrative Office and Basic Office Skills

• Experience in Office Administration

• Ability to operate Basic Office Equipment

• Strong Administrative Assistance skills

• Proficiency in Report Writing.

Requirements

• STRONG data entry and analysis skills/ Heavy report writing

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Backoffice

• Strong administrative skills, including experience with administrative procedures

• Ability to maintain and order office supplies as necessary

• Competence in operating basic office equipment

• Proven skills in administrative office and back office support

• Demonstrated ability in office administration and management of office calendar

• Knowledge of corporate office functions and procedures

• Experience with report writing and administrative assistance

• Effective use of basic office skills in a corporate office environment

• Proficiency in office functions and ability to operate office equipment

• Experience in ordering office supplies and maintaining office supplies inventory

• Proven ability to perform administrative tasks and provide back office support.STR
