Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience, some welding experience, and a eagerness to learn which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Weidman, MI

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

Shift - 1st - 6:30 am to 5 pm - Monday thru Thursday - must be able to work overtime

This is a 1st shift position but must be able to work 3rd shift if transitioned (8 pm to 6:30 am)

What's the Job?

• Fabrication experience required

• Press Brake experience required

• Welding experience preferred

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.

• Operate machinery

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED with proof.

• Ability to work both 1st and 3rd shifts.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Eagerness to learn

• Willingness to work overtime, including Fridays and Saturdays.

• Ability to pass a background and drug screening as per client requirements.
