  Responsibilities:

• Receive payables- review all invoices (enter & post to GL and vendor account)

• Issue payment to vendors through check, ACH, etc.

• Reconcile vendor statements to account activity as received

• Comcheck/EFS administration and reconciliation

• Company credit card administration and reconciliation

• Month end driver / AP preliminary account reconciliation, any associated journal entries

• Coordinate 1099 administrations
