**[Summary [The Inspector is an entry level position in the molding department. Personnel hired into this position are trained on the inspection of a multiple parts manufactured in the molding department.

• Follow direction provided by Inspection Leader
• Report daily production accurately
• Able to distinguish between good and defective parts
• Follow work instructions to safely and efficiently complete production
• Maintain good efficiency and quality levels
• Continuous use of hands
• Must have the ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Report to work as scheduled and on time
• Other duties as assigned

[Minimum Qualifications]{arial",sans-serif"=""}

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Must be safety conscience
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and sit or stand for long periods of time
• Must have good hand and eye coordination, good eyesight, corrective lens acceptable
• Must be able to read/write English and make simple math calculations
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Must have a willingness to cross train on multiple processes
• Must be able to work in a hot, dusty environment

[Pay rate / Hours ]{arial",sans-serif"=""}

• $0.50 increase with completion of training and 90-days
• 1^st^ shift 7am - 3:30pm
• 2^nd^ shift 3pm - 11:30pm w/ $1.00 shift differential
• 3^rd^ shift 11pm-7:30am w/ $2.00 shift differential
