Location

This role will be based in North America and is open to remote.

Job Purpose and Impact

The North America Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Venture (“MADJV”) HR Manager will flex across MADJV assignments to support all business enterprise groups and functions. In this role, you will be accountable for leading the execution of MADJV transactions on behalf of human resources as assigned. You will establish strong working relationships with essential project team members (including HR domains, business stakeholders and functional partners)) to ensure deals realize the highest possible value, limit risks, protect company interests, values and culture to drive optimal business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop strategic relationships, influence, and mobilize action among business leaders, corporate development, and human resource partners related to all people components of MADJV transactions.

  • Support the long-range HR MADJV strategic roadmap to meet the company´s inorganic growth goals.

  • Ensure roadmaps and requirements for transformation execution are shaped, understood, and delivered at the right time and with the highest quality of delivery.

  • Partner with other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive alignment and to enable the overall MADJV activities, vision, and strategy.

  • Foster a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of MADJV processes and be a change leader to inject strategic and innovative thinking into initiatives and projects.

  • Flex across various enterprises and functions to ensure the demand is met with allocated resources and support MADJV efforts globally.

  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. Provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience including M&A transactions

  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience leading MADJV projects, with knowledge of due diligence processes and procedures used within the context of MADJV, including applicable laws and regulations

  • Master's degree or other post-secondary degree

  • Experience partnering with senior business and functional executives across an organization

  • Ability to utilize data and insights to identify trends to drive process improvements and evolve the MADJV function

  • Ability to combine strategic thinking and strong operational execution with solid attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate through ambiguity

  • Excellent presentation skills. Must be able to draft and deliver compelling and informative presentations to senior leaders

Additional Information

Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $150-165K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
