Adecco US, Inc. Paint Line Technician in Waynesboro, Virginia
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paint Line Technician to join our team. This role involves various duties related to our motorized chain conveyor, three-stage wash system, and powder coating system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for line loading, unloading, inspection, chemical control, powder spraying, packaging, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Paint Line Operations:
Operate and maintain the chain conveyor, wash system, and powder coating equipment.
Load and unload products, monitor chemical levels, and adjust conveyor speeds.
Set up and manage packaging materials, apply masking, and perform final product assembly.
Quality Control:
Inspect products in-process and finished to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct color and scratch tests on coatings and maintain accurate records of production and inspections.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Capability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day.
Proven reliability and willingness to assist other work centers as needed.
Own and/or reliable transportation is required.
General Requirements for Paint Line:
Review and adhere to Air Pollution Control Equipment policies.
Adjust and manage part spacing, hooks, fixtures, and packing materials.
Operate and maintain wash, bake oven, and powder coating equipment.
Perform necessary cleaning and maintenance tasks on paint system components.
Ensure product quality through thorough inspections and tests.
Additional Information:
Perfect attendance is a must.
Reliable transportation required.
Starting Pay: $14 per hour
Location: Waynesboro, VA
Position: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Details: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
