IQVIA Sr Sales Ops Specialist in Wayne, Pennsylvania

Job Overview

Responsible for operational support to the Sales Teams for Patient Support Services and Contract Sales. Supporting the overall Go-to-Market success of these businesses, this high-profile position will have responsibility for key Sales processes including supporting Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).

Essential Functions

• Supports Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)

• Supports operations initiatives such as opportunity management in IQVIA CRM, management tracking and forecasting, CRM training, customer satisfaction program, client facing case study documents or other operations systems and infrastructure projects

• Proactively develops knowledge of business and function

• Coordinate operational activities with other teams to continually improve procedures and optimize them

• Works closely with Sales, Finance, and Billing representatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to organize and prioritize own work

• Ability to analyze and interpret data

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and with internal customers

• Strong MS Office knowledge

• Sales Operations background is preferred

• Salesforce.com or any other CRM system knowledge is preferred

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,100.00 - $103,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
