Aston Carter Operations Specialist in Wayne, Pennsylvania

Job Title: Operations SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, updating inventory, and supporting lessee remarkets. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial calculations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and upload files into the R12 system

  • Update inventory records regularly

  • Support lessee remarkets by sending out quotes, trade-up quotes, and contract details

  • Validate numbers for open accounts receivable

  • Handle approximately 12 phone calls, 25 quotes, and 10-15 cancellation letters per day

  • Work on multiple tasks, switching between supporting operations and inventory throughout the day

Essential Skills

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with a team

  • Strong customer service and phone skills

  • Ability to multi-task effectively

  • Experience in finance, administrative support, or customer service roles

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in finance

  • Background working with financial institutions or sales is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Work Environment

Local candidates only (within 50 miles). New hires will sit with tenured team members to learn the system, staying off phones for the first 2-3 weeks. Initially, 5 days in the office are required for the first few weeks, transitioning to 3 days/week onsite for the first 3 months, and then 2 days/week onsite thereafter. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
