Robert Half Sr. Customer Service Representative in Wayne, New Jersey
Description We are in search of a dedicated Sr. Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team in Wayne, New Jersey, United States. In this role, you will be handling customer orders, maintaining client relationships, and managing account-related tasks in a dynamic workplace. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders using various software such as SAP, CRM, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ensuring meticulous data processing to maintain accurate customer credit records
• Handling about 10-20 customer orders daily, with each order taking approximately 20-30 minutes to enter
• Providing outstanding customer service and managing client-facing tasks
• Overseeing customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on account status
• Answering inbound calls, including possible phone coverage for the front desk
• Managing individual customer accounts assigned to you
• Utilizing 'About Time', 'Order Entry', and other computer programs as necessary for the role
• Ensuring efficient claim administration, billing functions, and benefit functions as part of customer service duties. Requirements • Proficiency in computer programs and software applications
• Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Skilled in data processing and management
• Knowledge of Epic software is desirable
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• Experience with About Time software is a plus
• Ability to handle and manage answering inbound calls effectively
• Understanding of benefit functions and how to apply them to customer service
• Proficiency in billing functions and associated software
• Experience in claim administration, including processing and tracking
• Ability to handle order entry tasks, including data input and tracking
• Familiarity with SAP or similar business management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably at a senior level.
