Job Description:

Responsible for managing the Bacon program and its staff. Manages and directs the clinical activities and daily operations of a comprehensive behavioral health program. Oversee the program policies regarding participant involvement, requirements, and staff expectations. Supervise, plan, and evaluate work activities of assigned staff. Aids in implementation of business strategy from analytical review of SPQM data. Ensures all policies, procedures, and workflows are followed on a day-to-day basis. Provides clinical services and crisis assessments along as opportunities to backfill when staff is on leave.

Anticipated Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 5:30 PM.

Competencies:

Ability to delegate work,

supervise and maintain day to day functions of a program.

Ability to interpret state and federal rules, regulations, laws and policies to ensure operations uniformity. Ability to establish program goals, strategies, and priorities. Clinical skills (Advanced) Ability to interpret data and reports related to program.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Masters degree in behavioral sciences pursuing associate licensure. Fully licensed preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
