Job Description

The Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) is a 2-year program consisting of three 8-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training. To build your leadership skills, in one rotation you will be a people leader where you will manage a team and drive safety, performance, and delivery. Other rotations will have a focus on technical problem solving, lean continuous improvement, planning, or EHS

Structured training, on-the-job experience and extensive coaching and mentoring will ensure you are equipped with both the technical and leadership skills you will need to succeed.

Potential Rotation Experiences:

  • Manufacturing Production Team Leader

  • Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)

  • Technical – (lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer)

  • Environment, Health & Safety (site operations support, EHS media support)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Operations/Supply Chain

  • Target majors include Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, EHS/Public Health and Supply Chain and Operations Management

Desired Characteristics:

  • Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)

  • Ability to solve problems in a team / manufacturing environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with all levels of the organization showing openness, transparency & humility

  • A strong commitment to a career in supply chain or EHS
