JOB REQUIREMENTS: Human Resources Manager Neurotech LLC Waukesha, WI Neurotech provides EEG (electroencephalogram) diagnostic testing and monitoring services. An EEG is the most utilized test to diagnose seizures or epilepsy. Neurotech has been helping improve patient outcomes since 2006 and is a proven leader in delivering greater test accuracy as well as a consistently positive patient experience, with a 95 percent patient satisfaction rating. Neurotech employs 150 employees across the country, throughout 20+ states. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team! The Human Resources Manager will manage all HR activities while being mindful of Neurotech\'s Mission and Values. Key Responsibilities: Policy & Compliance Management: Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with ALL 20+ States and Federal laws and corporate philosophy. Ensure the Employee Handbook is current, communicated effectively, and compliant with regulatory changes. Regulatory & Metrics Oversight: Stay updated on relevant government regulations, implement necessary changes, and monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess program effectiveness. Staffing & Documentation: Oversee all aspects of recruitment, selection, onboarding, and hiring. Maintain accurate personnel documentation, including wages, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Benefits & Compensation: Administer health and welfare benefit plans, handle employee inquiries, and collaborate with senior management on insurance plans. Ensure competitive compensation programs and manage performance appraisals. Employee Relations & Safety: Address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and conduct harassment investigations. Manage safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Reporting & Leave Management: File annual reports such as EEO-1, maintain affirmative action records, and manage unemployment claims, layoffs, WC, disability and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) issues. Employee Engagement: Promote high employee morale and a positive company culture through various engagement activities and events. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor\'s degree and at least 3 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources environment. SHRM CP/SCP and/or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification is desired.
