Robert Half Customer Experience Specialist in Waukesha, Wisconsin

Description We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing customer interactions, maintaining customer records, and processing customer applications. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries effectively, providing detailed information about our products and services.

• Accurately process and review customer credit applications.

• Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status.

• Provide technical support for customer inquiries and issues.

• Track and log all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures.

• Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to the management team. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in handling customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Demonstrated success in previous customer service roles

• Experience in a call center environment is desirable

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven ability to work well in a team and independently

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must be adaptable and open to learning new systems and processes

• Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a calm demeanor

• Must be able to promptly address customer needs and effectively resolve issues

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential.
