Robert Half has a growing client that is expanding and seeking a highly motivated and diligent individual to join diverse team as a Sales Analyst. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales strategy, performance, and overall business success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical proficiency, outstanding communication skills, and a keen understanding of sales processes.

Sales Performance Analysis:

Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing and profitability analysis.

• Execute daily sales recognition.

• Provide periodic reporting on KPIs.

Analyzes pricing, sales data, and equipment rentals, identifying market trends, providing variance analysis, creating key performance indicators (KPIs) while collaborating with data team developing automated sales and pricing performance dashboards (price realization, rebates, and leased equipment KPIs).

• Fulfill request from the sales team on documentation and questionnaires.

• Proactive communication with all members of the organization on issues and opportunities related to customer needs and sales flow.

• Provide insight into market trends to better source, price and serve customers.

• Add new products to our product assortment on the website and in the ERP

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Strong attention to detail

• Advanced Microsoft Office and ERP system skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to interact with a wide variety of people in different teams with shifting priorities.

• Good listening and collaborative skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience participating in team projects.

• Experience in food manufacturing.

• Continuous improvement or data reporting and analysis experience.
