Description

Robert Half is seeking a skilled Tier 1 IT Support Technician to join a collaborative team and provide comprehensive technical support to staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both hardware and software troubleshooting, with specific expertise in Dell computers and Windows OS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve email issues, Outlook freezing, and other Office 365-related problems.

• Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to track and manage support requests efficiently.

• Assist users with password resets and account access issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve WiFi connectivity issues.

• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

• Provide expert support for Dell computers and Windows operating systems.

• Support the use of Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Tier 1 IT Support or similar roles.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system is preferred.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving Office 365 issues.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software problems.

• Expertise in Dell computer troubleshooting and Windows operating systems.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
