Your role within the Neurovascular team is to help expand the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) and the Chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) markets by overcoming barriers to adoption, at an account, territory & regional level through the development and deployment of bespoke Omnichannel Market development and business protection initiatives.

A Day in the Life

• Secure continuous new patient growth by developing and executing market development plans to achieve short and long-term new patient growth, clearly defining needs, gaps, opportunities, priorities and Return on investment.

• Define clear KPIs and measure execution to show how the market development strategy is supporting the commercial activities and addressing the strategic priorities.

• Understand the true customer need and anticipate external forces that could impact future market growth and continuously increase awareness and interest in the therapy for both physicians & patients.

• Be accountable for the execution of key market development programs by partnering closely with the sales teams, country & the regional marketing team in developing and implementing local, tactical activities.

• Initiate, manage and summarize market research and studies to determine customer beliefs and advise management of relevant market trends or knowledge gaps identified.

• Develop centres of reference and organize Nurse trainings to expand the therapy knowledge.

• Partner with the WE & local reimbursement & Health Economics colleagues to further reduce economic barriers and ensure market access is addressed.

• Drive the implementation of AI in Hub and Spoke Centres by promoting AI with Clinicians, GMs, Clinical Engineers, and Buyers.

Must Haves

• Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced qualification

• Previous Key Opinion Leaders management experience

• Reimbursement/Payer Knowledge

• Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule

• Experience in coordinating and delivering educational events

Nice to have:

• Experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital radiology department environment

• Proven success in developing markets and therapies

• Marketing background
