Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description: Bring daily basement installs to a successful and efficient conclusion.
Responsibilities include: Working with customers, subcontractors, scheduling, production, installation and service to manage projects to stay on schedule and be efficient. There are three regions Central New York state based out of the Lima plant, East based out of the Waterville office, and West out of the PA office/yard. Position will be responsible for a company vehicle, provided small tools and communication devices. The project manager will handle service work with help from other employees as needed. The project manager will call clients or excavators who are scheduled at set times to confirm status of site, make site visits, and ensure that install crews are able to have a successful start to the daily install. Put layout pins in, often with a Total Station. Review drawings prior to production to ensure accuracy Attend Daily scheduling meetings and communicate information received from customers in their area. After a set is complete, follow up with customer and complete lumber check. Step in and perform install duties as required.
