POSITION SUMMARY This individual manages maintenance and engineering projects supporting the most efficient and safe chemical processing and production at the Watertown Wi manufacturing facility. The incumbent will provide maintenance and engineering expertise and hands-on management practices to ensure consistent, best practice and best cost production facilities for the manufacturing products. This position will also actively participate in Manufacturing Excellence initiatives including assessment audits and corrective action plans.Must have strong engineering, problem solving and fabrication skills. This individual manages the maintenance staff as well as the facilities to ensure the entire property is kept to proper standards. This individual will also manage special projects as assigned by Plant Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the continuous improvement programs in manufacturing operations.
