Director of Worship and Technology is a full-time position for someone who will enhancethe worship experience at First Church through music and technology while helpingdeepen parishioner's connections with God. QUALIFICATIONS:

• A committed disciple of Jesus Christ.
• Have experience leading music for contemporary worship services.
• Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Have high energy, maturity, and leadership experience with the ability toconnect with all ages, as well as empower volunteers.
• Possess a collaborative style and sincere commitment to work with all church groups.
• Be a self-starter, able to work independently, and enjoy leading, creating, and implementing ideas as needed.
• Possess ability to work with computer flows and video/audio capture for broadcasts.

ACCOUNTABILITY: Reports to Senior Pastor and SPRC (Staff Parish Relations Committee).For the first year of employment, this position will be evaluated quarterly. After the firstyear of employment is completed, the position will be reviewed annually.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and lead music and volunteers for all services.
• Collaborate with Music Director in planning music for traditional and blended services to create cohesion between all worship services.
• Work with Senior Pastor and Associate Pastor in planning worship events andseries including images, graphics, videos, and more.
• Maintain website and social media (Facebook) including graphics and otherupdates as needed.
• Recruit, train, and equip volunteers to be involved in the weekend music andtechnology teams.
• Other leadership duties as deemed reasonable for the position.

Position is full time, hourly. Hours are to be worked Monday-Thursday plus worship (andrehearsal) times on Saturday and Sunday.
