Description
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - Flexible to the needs of the program
Qualifications - Certification and registration by New York State Department of Education in Psychology, as a School Psychologist
Work Authorization/Security Clearance - Authorized to work in the United States
Summary/Objective - Responsible for completing psychological evaluations, functional behavior plans and behavioral intervention plans for preschool aged children.
Essential Functions - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Complete psychological evaluations, functional behavior plans and behavioral intervention plans for preschool children subsequent of CPSE approval
Complete written reports for psychological evaluations, functional behavior plans and behavioral intervention plans for preschool children
Create and update field specific parts of a student’s IEP including but not limited to inputting test scores, summary of performance, creating and updating goals, identifying student’s strengths and areas of need, etc.
Adhere to all agency policies and procedures
Will comply with HIPAA and corporate compliance regulations

Work Environment - This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
