MercyOne Waterloo Cancer Center

  • Join the only comprehensive, accredited and multidisciplinary cancer treatment center in 10 counties

  • Radiation oncology, radiation therapy, infusion clinic, pharmacy and pharmacist are all on-site

  • Integrated oncology service participating in cooperative clinical trials and weekly tumor boards

  • Private Infusion Suites; 13-chair Infusion Center with chemo-certified nurses

  • 36 patient contact hours per week

  • The cancer center is part of 366-bed hospital covering 8 counties and approximately 280K residents

  • Hospitalist team in place, hospitalist handles admissions

  • CoC Accredited & NAPBC Accredited center

  • Employed multi-specialty group of more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa - physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners with established referral patterns

  • $550K three-year guarantee + Production Incentive (providers typically exceed guarantee within 6 months)

  • Income potential $600K+ on production

  • $100K Starting Bonus

  • $25K Longevity Bonus at end of year 1, year 2, and year 3

  • $15K Relocation Allowance

  • Full benefits package including paid malpractice and tail coverage, paid CME/vacation/holidays up to 31 days/year, 403(b), 457(b), disability insurance
