Our commitment to precision and innovation drives our success, and we are looking for a dedicated Certified Journeyman Tool & Die Maker to join our skilled team.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Certified Journeyman Tool & Die Maker to design and build fixtures, dies, and tooling. The ideal candidate will have a background in toolmaking, a passion for craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, fabricate, and assemble high-precision fixtures, dies, and tooling for production processes.

  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in production.

  • Operate a variety of machining equipment, including mills, lathes, and grinders.

  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.

  • Troubleshoot and repair existing tooling and dies to optimize production efficiency.

  • Collaborate with engineers and production staff to develop effective tooling solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Journeyman Tool & Die Maker status.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

  • Experience with machining tools and equipment.

  • Familiarity with CAD software for designing tooling and fixtures.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required
