• Work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in all aspects of home building and repairs, framing, trim, siding, kitchen and bath; drywall and taping a plus
• Must have all tools and a truck
• Minimum ten-years experience
• May be required to pick up necessary materials
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, reach above head for extended periods
• Must be able to climb ladders
