Job Description
We are in search of a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility in Washington, Pennsylvania. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our equipment and systems are fully operational for continuous production. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a broad range of mechanical equipment such as rolling mills, annealing furnaces, slitters, conveyors, and mechanical components like hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, power transmission systems, etc. You may also be involved in maintaining cranes, forklifts, and other mobile equipment. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver, strong in troubleshooting and determining corrective actions, and able to identify opportunities to enhance production efficiencies without compromising quality. Workplace safety is a core value and you will play a vital role in ensuring our safe operation and processes.
Hard Skills
2 Years of Industrial Maintenance experience
Experience working with motors, controls, power supplies, and AC/DC Theory
Experience working with Power distribution, VFD's, and PLC's
Soft Skills

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Washington, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
The work schedule is a Monday-Friday 3 turn format shift, with rotating shifts every week and 10-12 hour workdays. Overtime is after 8 hours in a day. 1st Shift starts at 6AM, 2nd shift 2PM, 3rd shift starts at 10. There is additional pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and production bonuses every 2 weeks.
