First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Greene County Customer Service Representative in WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania

The Customer Service Representative provides accurate, efficient, and friendly service to the customer, in accordance with Association policy and service standards.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Greet customer by name and develop a friendly, trusting rapport, consistently delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Perform various banking transactions in accordance with all Association policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Cash checks and receive cash and/or checks for deposit to checking and savings accounts, certificate of deposits, club accounts, IRA's mortgage payments, and home improvement/share loans.
  • Open Christmas club accounts, new accounts, and Certificate of Deposits.
  • Issue money orders and bank checks.
  • Process night deposits and other miscellaneous items.
  • Process withdrawals and redemption of US Savings Bonds.
  • Accept payment for other miscellaneous items.
  • Accept orders for checks, deposit slips and checkbook covers.
  • Verify endorsements, receive proper identification for cash back and issue proper receipts.
  • Identify counterfeit currency and other fraudulent activity.
  • Manage and balance individual cash drawer on daily basis.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations, and consumer privacy policies.
  • Recognize customer needs and suggest appropriate services of the bank, referring customer to appropriate department.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and caring manner
