Naval Sea Systems Command PROGRAM ANALYST in Washington Navy Yard, District Of Columbia

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the CYBER ENGINEERING AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION DIRECTORATE (SEA 03) of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will serve as a management advisor responsible for providing a wide-range of reports, briefings, charts, advice, and guidance regarding a range of corporate operations functions. You will act as the Directorate authority for manpower matters while maintaining and updating databases, documents, and responding to taskers. You will work closely with the Corporate Operations Director to ensure cognizant personnel matters are addressed. You will support development of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs relative to civilian and military personnel. You will evaluates and advises on organizational structures, methods, and procedures. You will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. You will provides back up support to the Navy ERP lead, requesting accounts and permissions as appropriate. You will develop and maintain documents such as the Activity Manning Document, white papers, spreadsheets, and briefing slides. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector evaluating military or federal civilian manning and manpower requirements to initiate changes in program operations for efficiency and compliance with mission requirements. Education Additional Information This position is part of the DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo). The NH-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS 12-13 grade levels. This position has a control point; thus the salary range may be capped at GS-13, step 05, which is equivalent to $133,692. If you're current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched.
