Job Description

Experience with DoD programs and management or budget processes

 Experience with analyzing budget data

 Experience nurturing stakeholder relationships

 Familiarity with DoD resource management, including instructing business units on what items must be included in future budget planning

 Ability to balance multiple diverse workstreams and work collaboratively across teams

 Ability to communicate clearly via oral, written, and visual means

 Experience supporting and communicating with senior leaders

Skills and Requirements

TS/SCI clearance

 MS and 12 years or BS and 14 years of work experience

 Availability to be on-site at the Pentagon 3+ days/wk Experience with enterprise level budget planning, justification, and certifications, including priority trade-offs

 Experience with budget development, planning and certification processes

 Experience with DoD PPBE processes

 Knowledge of cybersecurity and cybersecurity programs

 Knowledge of DoD acquisition system

 Knowledge of the issue paper process or justification of funding

 SCI Preferred

 Pentagon experience preferred

 Availability to be on-site 4+ days/wk null
