You Are:

A team player with an entrepreneurial mind. You have a strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, and/or extracurricular settings. You step up and volunteer to take on challenges to solve technical and strategic problems. Unafraid to experiment and drawn to problem solving. You are willing to share your ideas and work collaboratively in a team environment. You look closely at the way things work and often see a better approach to how it could be done. You have excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and thrive in the unknown and naturally a problem-solver. You can see all around that the world is changing. You are ready to stretch boundaries –– and yourself.

The Work:

  • Learn first-hand how we help the federal government develop and implement their tech strategy, as well as how we manage our business to help maximize business outcomes for both our clients and Accenture 

  • Work with a diverse group of people across many different technologies 

  • Connect with your teammates to design and develop new technology product features 

  • Bridge the gap between technology and business by using your analytical expertise 

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to help deliver value 

  • Manage deadlines diligently, working with your team to achieve project milestones 

  • Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platform 

  • Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds 

Here’s what you need:

  • You’ve received a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with quantitative course work, with a graduation date no later than August 31, 2024.

Bonus Points if you are one or more:

  • GPA of 3.2 or higher

  • Work experience (or student athlete) AND student leadership responsibilities

  • Exposure to Agile methods and tools, such as Jira

  • Are known for being analytical, looking at things from all angles

  • Are resourceful and intellectually curious

  • Able to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.

Clearance Requirements:

  • An active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required to start

Compensation for our Development Programs varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, development program, role, and skill set. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $71,500-$90,000

Colorado: $77,500-$80,000

New York: $71,500-$90,000

Washington State: $83,000-$87,000
