We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in driving the development and delivery of state-of-the-art solutions that enhance the associate experience and support strategic business objectives. As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our People Analytics initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to deliver impactful result to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered to meet customer needs.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

  • Sprint Planning and Review: Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the product roadmap.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential product issues, mitigate risks, and ensure the product’s success in the market.

  • Adoption of New Technologies: Champion the adoption of new technologies or processes to improve efficiency and product outcomes. (PowerBI, PowerApps, Azure Cloud, SQL, and Workday)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).

  • Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.

  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, like Scrum and/or Kanban.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in PowerBI for data visualization and business intelligence.

  • Experience with PowerApps for building custom business applications.

  • Solid understanding of software development and web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in product development.

  • Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology. (PowerBI, PowerApps, Azure Cloud, SQL, and Workday)

Additional Information

Work-At-Home Requirements:

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.

  • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$94,900 - $130,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
