Job Description

Seeking a Sr. Manager, Adoption Program Management for Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), formerly Fusion Analytics Warehouse. This is a player-coach role, and this person will be leading a team of Adoption Program Managers (APMs) and directly managing enterprise customers.

APMs are responsible for increasing user adoption and product stickiness for assigned FDI customers. They work with customers to understand product & business use cases, and help define a successful rollout strategy to get value out of FDI and grow more users. APMs also scale efforts through Fusion Customer Success Managers with training and best practices, connections to FDI resources, and general product and analytics guidance. Success in this role will lead to increased customer usage and customer adoption of FDI. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to a new and growing organization by defining the playbook with others.

Comfort engaging with technical and business stakeholders is key in this role. The successful candidate will have a growth mindset to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of APMs to uncover use cases and drive continued user adoption of the product while also managing your own customer portfolio

  • Partner with Oracle Analytics leadership and Fusion Customer Success to develop a playbook for successful customer engagement

  • Track and manage adoption and customer risk from a product level, using both data and customer insights

  • Create, package, and deliver content, training, and enablement across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, implementation, post-live adoption)

  • Support customer escalations and engagements.

  • Partner with key teams (Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Fusion Customer Success, Support) to create a unified customer experience

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Customer Success Management experience or similar role in the tech industry (analytics & data highly preferred). Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Prior people management experience, plus ability to influence execute stakeholders

  • Prior experience in SaaS, Startups, Analytics and/or use of Analytics tools (eg Power BI, Tableau, OAC) required

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to operate independently and drive towards outcomes

  • Experience collaborating and influencing senior leadership, including Product Management, Technical Support, and Software Engineering

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or HCM strongly preferred

US: Hiring Range: from $107,900 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
