We believe happy employees do amazing work, so join our team NOW! We are currently seeking a talented and motivated SME - Enterprise Systems and Mail Solutions for a Hybrid position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge of the ATS applications including but not limited to eVS, eInduction, Labeling List, CIN Codes, CFR Contracts Systems, Incentive Systems, Accounting Systems, Informed Delivery, Informed Visibility, and all sub-systems and microsystems associated with these applications.

  • Expert knowledge of Enterprise Systems including Application Tech Systems, and other Interfacing systems

  • Responsible for providing management support as needed.

  • Train new resources (Postal/ non-Postal) Lead Daily team huddles.

  • Prepare any supporting documents such as Pub 199 but not limited to just that document.

  • Be able to take projects from assignment to completion.

  • Supports management team’s efforts in change management.

  • Experience providing support related to mailer questions, calls, documentation, technical specification reviews/updates, and attending any meetings with mailers and customers. This includes but is not limited to PEEC, MTAC, Work Groups, User Groups, and Mailer CAT calls.

  • Experience creating and/or updating mailer documents to include but not limited to Release Overview and Release Notes

  • Experience troubleshooting Mailer Issues.

  • Experience answering mailer questions.

  • Support for any non-price change work as well.

  • Expert knowledge of Domestic Mail rules and International Mail rules.

  • Expert knowledge of Mail.dat, Mail.XML, ICR, Shipping Services File, Enterprise Interfaces

  • Expert knowledge of mailing and shipping specifications used to integrate mailer software and internal systems.

  • Liaison between business stakeholders and development teams in flushing out requirement details.

  • Create solutions impacting customer experience, revenue, and cost avoidance.

  • Identify risks or technical issues with associated recommendations and proposed contingency.

Required Experience Level:

  • Minimum 10 years or more experience in business, technical, and systems solutions.

Required Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University in the related IT field.

NOTE: Four (4) years of additional relevant experience are required in lieu of a degree
