What You Will Do :

The SharePoint/Power Apps Developer will be part of a team that is managing the migration of an enterprise SharePoint platform from SharePoint 2016 (2010 workflows) to SharePoint Online. The developer will help the team evaluate the current environment, plan the migration, test the migration process, and redevelop solutions as needed to operate correctly in the SPO Online Cloud environment. The candidate will develop and support solutions which address a range of business needs including Apps, workflow, forms, collaboration sites, document management, or business intelligence / reporting. Below are some of the responsibilities of this role:

  • The developer function includes understanding what the business does, how it operates and how to best utilize Microsoft’s available tools in the client’s SharePoint & Power Apps environment, to resolve business problems and improve/automate processes, provide rich business logic and workflow capabilities transforming manual business operations into digital, automated processes

  • The SharePoint/Power Apps Developer will ensure that best practices are defined and adhered to; provide recommendations on improvements, technical analysis on projects, drive efficiencies through optimization and automation

  • Assist QA team analysists with migration and maintenance of client documentation to SharePoint repositories

  • Setup up and monitor automation flows to support data integration, migration, and alert-success/failures

  • Create user dashboards and reports using the power BI platform

  • Develop PowerApps canvas driven apps

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot challenges from Development of DAX functions and Power BI development tools

  • Ensure security best practices are implemented, maintained and audited utilizing the client’s governance guidance

  • Serve as a SharePoint SME on future projects and initiatives by gathering requirements, creating specs and ensuring successful delivery

  • Develops and supports Power Apps

  • Monitor and validate new agile features as release by Microsoft in GCC-High environment

  • Develop training materials and deliver software training as needed

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the end-user experience and/or system processes

What You Will Need :

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific, technical, discipline, or equivalent.

  • THREE (3) or more years of experience working with SharePoint & Power Apps (Power Automate, Flows, Power Pages, Data-verse etc.) or similar low code development tools.

  • THREE (3) or more years of progressively expanding work experience in the administration or support of SharePoint

  • Must have the ability to present/interface well with client and present software products to the client

  • Proficient in least one modern programing language such as; C#, C++, JSON, Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL, Power Apps (low code), etc.

  • Experience in data visual tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Experience customizing SharePoint lists and integrating disparate systems with PowerApps

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Azure ecosystem, Logic Apps

  • Experience with data security and access control in SharePoint

  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems, programming languages, best practices, etc.

  • Experience with automation of tasks using Power Automate

  • Exceptional ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing several concurrent efforts at once

  • Ability to work an Agile/Scrum team

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer

  • Project management skills including creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, deployment schedules, and status reporting

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
