The work:

  • Take a leadership role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced MicroStrategy solutions for our clients.

  • Your extensive expertise will be pivotal in shaping complex business intelligence strategies, optimizing performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

  • Lead client engagements, gathering and analyzing intricate business requirements, and translating them into advanced technical specifications.

  • Design and develop complex MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and applications tailored to client needs.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and best practices.

  • Perform in-depth data analysis, optimize MicroStrategy solutions for scalability, and identify opportunities for performance enhancements.

  • Collaborate closely with clients, providing strategic insights and innovative solutions to address their unique challenges.

  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the MicroStrategy ecosystem and implement best practices in solution development.

  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training workshops for internal teams and clients.

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.

  • 7+ years experience in designing and developing advanced MicroStrategy solutions.

  • Expert proficiency in MicroStrategy tools, including Report Services, Web, Mobile, and Dashboard development.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Bonus points if you have:

  • MicroStrategy certifications, including MicroStrategy Certified Developer

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role 

California: $95,600 - $178,600

Colorado: $95,600 - $154,300

New York: $88,600 - $178,600

Washington: $101,900 - $164,400
