Senior Bid Management Analyst

About the Role

Join Conduent as a Senior Bid Management Analyst, where you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting RFP deals based on total contract value and strategic priority for the Line of Business (LOB). This senior position involves defining the technical and financial aspects of proposals, collaborating closely with internal departments, and supporting activities to help close potential sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Bid Management Team on Government RFP responses

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define the strategic approach for technical and financial aspects of proposals to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

  • Working closely with internal departments, including purchase, customer service, sales, and engineering, for bid preparation.

  • Supporting activities to help close potential sales opportunities through effective bid management.

  • Writing comprehensive proposal responses covering technical aspects such as program management, planning, manufacturing, roll-out, operation, SLA commitment, and more.

  • Collaborating with the Purchasing service to find and assess the best and most strategic partners.

  • Defining and developing cost definitions and overall solutions in cooperation with external and internal services.

  • Identifying key personnel, corporate references, critical partners, subcontractors, and all proposal support resources necessary.

  • Other duties as assigned to support Bid Management and Proposal teams throughout full sales lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Bid/Proposal Management, preferably in a senior capacity.

  • Strong understanding of technical and financial aspects of proposals.

  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with internal departments.

  • Demonstrated ability to support activities leading to the successful closure of potential sales opportunities.

  • Exceptional writing skills

  • Experience in collaborating with purchasing services to find and assess strategic partners.

  • Ability to define and develop price to win/price strategies in cooperation with internal partners.

  • Skill in identifying key personnel, corporate references, critical partners, subcontractors, and all necessary proposal support resources.

  • Experience in market research, online procurement submission sources, data analysis, and pipeline development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a senior Bid/Proposal Management role.

  • Proven success in coordinating and supporting RFP responses.

Pay Transparency: Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $69,490 - $90,250
