Network Designs Inc. (NDi) isseeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Force Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Force Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Sales Force solutions to meet our US Federal Government client's evolving business needs. Your expertise in Sales Force architecture, coupled with your understanding of business processes, will enable you to lead the development of innovative solutions that drive sales and customer success.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, product managers, and IT teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive Sales Force solutions. Design scalable, efficient, and robust architectures that align with best practices and industry standards.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Sales Force platform capabilities, limitations, and integration possibilities. Stay abreast of the latest platform updates and trends to ensure the continuous improvement of existing solutions and the development of cutting-edge features.
• Sales Force Customization: Customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet specific business needs, including the development of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of Sales Force with other business systems, such as marketing automation tools, ERP systems, and third-party applications. Ensure data flows smoothly across platforms, minimizing data discrepancies and maximizing data integrity.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed. - Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for Sales Force solutions, including architectural diagrams, configuration details, and integration specifications. - Innovation and Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and Sales Force features to propose innovative solutions and lead the adoption of emerging best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 + years' experience as a Sales Force Solutions Architect or a similar role.
• Extensive expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and sales operations.
• Proficient in integrating Sales Force with various third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship is requi ed
• US Government /Justice Department Public Trust Security clearance will be required to begin work
• This position is currently remote, but it will require on site presence
