Job Summary

Summary: Dentons large law firm in Washington D.C.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Large Law Firm Experience preferable

• • Provides general office support via a variety of clerical activities and related tasks

• The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various clerical tasks

• Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm

• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette

• Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for attorneys and staff members

• Assist with client inquiries and provide information about services offered by the firm

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information by legal standards

• Data entry using software designed for record-keeping and appointment management
