Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls Process Manager to join our team! In this role, you will support major projects in the DC area!
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Project Statement Controls Process.
Quarterly/Monthly coordination of all Project Statement updates.
Report on scope changes, total project budgets versus forecasts, and schedule variances. Reports to include project and portfolio KPIs and variance narratives of projects; Ensure interdepartmental pass offs of Project Charters and Statements.
Document project contingency use, align with Construction Change Order Management System (CCOM) data and project forecasts.
Coordinate Project Charter and Statement addendums
Establish Earned Value Reporting.
Review project overall schedule performance, coordinate with integrated master schedule (IMS).
Review and update project management and controls processes and procedures.
Manage Project Reporting Analyst and the development of a Monthly Capital Program Report.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of six (6) years of project financial and portfolio management experience OR high school diploma and 12 years of project financial and portfolio management experience.
Two (2) years or more of supervisory experience.
Must be proficient in Power BI, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and have experience developing reports from financial and project systems.
PMP Certification preferred.
