Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership for IT operation, maintenance, and enhancement projects, ensuring integration of advanced technologies like Java, React, Node.js, and Spring Boot. • Oversee the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with performance standards and compliance with the PWS requirements. • Develop risk management strategies and ensure timely reporting to senior management and government stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to federal standards for secure coding, cloud solutions, and data management.
