Price Benowitz, LLP is seeking a full-time PI Sales Manager to join its growing PI Sales Team. The PI

Sales Manager’s main responsibility will be to ensure the satisfactory performance of the PI Sales Team,

and to maintain a high conversion rate of Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation leads.

This role demands strong client intake, leadership, management, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize intake processes and procedures. This role is remote and U.S. candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S. (No international applicants for this tole).

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and manage the Client Intake process and the PI Sales Team.

  • Monitor Quality Control - call listening, call grading, quality control sessions with team members (as needed).

  • Train new team members.

  • Work closely with the Intake Manager on data reporting

  • Administrative - timecards, overtime, Hubstaff, time off.

  • Maintaining procedure within salesforce (i.e. - proper follow up, proper case statuses, proper text messages, creating). 

  • Ensuring timely communication with initials.

  • Keeping the resource compendium updated with referral firms/jurisdictions.

    Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of Client Intake & Sales experience, preferably with a law firm (PI Client Intake ideal but not required).

  • Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others.

  • Culture champion with strong ability to motivate and communicate

  • Prior personal injury client intake experience considered a strong plus.

  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals and drive an exceptional client experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with clients and team

  • members.

  • A goal-oriented individual with the ability to work autonomously, consistently achieving or surpassing set objectives.
