You are:   

The driver of MuleSoft business analysis for implementations. _ Y_ ou work on projects documenting business requirements that will be handed over to MuleSoft developers to turn into code. You are responsible for designing the client’s integration solutions. You conduct testing, keeping the SDLC moving forward. You support deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting integrations or APIs. You work with teams to get the project across the finish line and you love to celebrate a client’s win.  

Job Description:

• Document detailed functional, technical requirements.

• Gather, create and document current and future business process flows.

• Conduct analysis of systems specifications and use analysis / diagramming tools to represent business / technical process. 

• Offer analysis throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Interacting with programs and clients, up to leadership level 

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage salesforce functionality.

• Tests MuleSoft configuration and setup, test case development, data mapping, performance and load testing, End to End testing, and functional/regression testing.

• Collaborate with end-users to create and maintain training materials.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with external vendors to achieve project goals, where necessary.

• Responsible for carrying out business, testing and training requirements gathering; BPR leads, workflow analysis, gap analysis, user stories, test case development and functional design.

• Provide support to MuleSoft users, and act as a point of contact for end-user support. 

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with gathering requirements for system integrations, with demonstrated success with multiple implementations

Bonus Points if you have:

• Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

• Experience designing API specs using RAML, Swagger, OpenAPI or other API modeling language

• Experience building integrations that connect with one or more on-premise / SaaS packaged COTS solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile

• Experience developing, profiling, and troubleshooting Java application code and automated testing tools

• MuleSoft Developer Certified

• Experience with Salesforce reporting or SOQL queries

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
