The ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of Trim experience in installing and repairing baseboards, window casings, and crown molding, along with other tasks. The pay rate for this job is $30 - $32 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Reading blueprints and other specifications to determine methods of installation, material and tool requirements

• Measuring, marking, and cutting metal framing and trim to size -Installing and repairing baseboards, window casings, and crown molding.

• Complying with OSHA safety requirements and regulatory practices

 Qualifications:

• Have at least 10 years of Trim and Finish Carpentry experience

• Able to comfortably lift 60 lbs Have a mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Must have reliable transportation
