Job Summary:

The United Stated Coast Guard (USCG) Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) (CG-9322), Polar Security Cutter (PSC) (CG-9326), Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) (CG-9327), Domestic Icebreaking (DOMICE) (CG-9326DOMICE), and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) programs require support to facilitate Program Management Offices (PMO) programmatic, financial, systems engineering, logistics, configuration management, administrative, and documentation support. These Program Offices are in various stages of the Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF).

Education and Experience:

• Three years of experience supporting Major Acquisition Program(s) (DHS/USCG Level I, DoD ACAT I or equivalent) in a scheduling role

  Essential Duties:

  CG-9322, CG-9326, CG-9327, CG-9326DOMICE, and USACE require acquisition and program support services focused on technical, logistical, administrative, and management capabilities and expertise. ULC Integrated Master Schedule Support serves USCG PMO acquisition programs by:

• Developing, updating, and tracking program schedules and events

  Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• Proficient with MS Project, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access, and PowerPoint
