Greeters may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. If you have worked as a restaurant host or restaurant hostess, your skills are invaluable to the position of Greeter at Hyatt. Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

• Refined verbal communication skills

• Friendly and approachable demeanor

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service

• Detailed oriented and organized

• Ability to use computers, phone and other applications

• Customer service oriented demeanor

• Adept at handling a variety of guest interactions with professionalism and warmth

• Experience in Food and Beverage Service a plus

• Proficient in English, able to write, read and speak fluently
