Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the heart of Washington, District of Columbia. This role is essential for providing comprehensive administrative support within our organization and will include tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating events, and acting as a liaison to the board.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the executive director's schedule to ensure efficient time management
• Organize and coordinate corporate events to maintain a vibrant organizational culture
• Facilitate efficient communication between the board and the organization by acting as a Board Liaison
• Ensure timely budget submissions, contributing to the financial health and transparency of the organization
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance the smooth running of the organization
• Utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, and Kronos Timekeeping System to perform tasks efficiently
• Manage and coordinate conference calls, ensuring seamless communication within the organization
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Handle correspondence adeptly, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Manage calendars efficiently to ensure optimal time management. Requirements • Proven experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Proficiency in using Cisco Webex Meetings is required for remote communication and meetings.
• Familiarity with Concur for managing expenses and invoices.
• Practical knowledge of CRM systems to manage customer relationships and data.
• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate time tracking.
• Expertise in using About Time software for efficient project management.
• Ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings.
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Experience in coordinating and managing conference calls.
