KBR is seeking a Business Development Director for Health Analytics & Technology for KBR’s Science and Space division to specialize in Health Analytics & Technology opportunities.

The Business Development Director of Health Analytics & Technology will lead Senior level customer engagements with public sector healthcare agencies. This position will provide leadership to plan, organize, manage, and continuously improve the business development process. Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve objectives of the strategic business plan. This position will solicit and assemble advanced knowledge of Health Analytics & Technology Solution area needs, current systems, future requirements, and organizations to position KBR for pursuit of new contracts and customers.

Must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered due to the sensitivity of customer related information

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team to manage health analytics & technology and strategic growth campaign

  • Expand KBR’s public sector health analytics & tech portfolio

  • Provide thought leadership on the Healthcare market to KBR leadership to shape business strategies

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field

  • 12+ years of related work experience 8 + years of experience within BD

  • Experience in the following discipline(s): Business development, capture management, program management, Health related agency programs, acquisition processes, opportunity identification and qualification

  • Expert level experience or understanding of the current HHS health marketplace

  • Significant and relevant customer relationships across HHS (especially NIH, CDC, FDA) and other agencies

  • Proven success in initiating and participating in business strategy development, guide business development and capture activities

  • Experience managing and nurturing top-level customer and potential customer relationships and conducting program-level customer analyses

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to support marketing communications tasks and events

    Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Understanding of the HHS health analytics & tech portfolio and strategic plan

  • Proven Success winning programs in this marketplace

  • Health analytics & tech experience

  • Experience with recent senior customer engagement or former government employee supporting HHS

    Work Location:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule; some hours will be remote, and some hours will be in the Fulton, MD office.
