Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Attorney/Lawyer to join our team based in Washington, District of Columbia. The selected individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including case management, handling complaints, and reviewing documents. Responsibilities:
• Manage cases with expertise, ensuring all legal proceedings are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Use 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and other case management software to maintain and organize all case-related documents.
• Review and analyze various legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Address customer complaints, resolving issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Administer claims, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and processed.
• Use Conveyancer and other document management systems to maintain and organize case files.
• Prepare and present briefings on case progress and developments.
• Handle matters related to civil litigation, protecting the interests of the client at all times.
• Apply knowledge and experience in consumer electronics to provide expert legal advice and guidance.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with the legal industry's standards and regulations.
Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law.
• Proficiency in the use of 3M and Adobe Acrobat software.
• Proven experience in case management software and conveyancer.
• Demonstrated skills in document management and briefing.
• Solid background in civil litigation and claim administration.
• Proficient in complaint handling and consumer electronics.
• Experience in document review is a must.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
