Our US Government organization helps to ensure the technical integrity of platforms, solutions, and apps developed for our customers. As an Industry Development Executive for Government, you will solve technical and business problems to ensure success for both Apple and our customers. You will provide both deep technical sales consulting and support in the area of Apple technologies and industry solutions with a goal of transforming the way people work.

Description

In this role, you will: - Build a deep understanding of our customers, partners and team relationships, and will align to our customers vision and difficulties. - Be a trusted advisor on Apple use case solutions ecosystem, business transformation and Apple platform adoption. - Focus on building the industry strategy with innovations solutions that drive results for customers and Apple. - Deeply understand the Government space, help customers focus on the employee and customer experience, and improve customer readiness for our platform and transformation. - Build new vertical standard methodologies and share them across US Enterprise. - Work collaboratively across Apple with teams including Major Accounts, Carrier, Channel and other strategic solution partners to change the way people work.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 12+ years of related experience.

  • Significant background advising on Government business transformation solutions for large businesses and/or experience in a consultative Government role.

  • Deep understanding of the Government segment, including go-to-market strategy, customer profiles, ecosystem partners, market trends and challenges, key use cases, associated solutions, and competitive landscape.

  • IT knowledge in the areas of government messaging, collaboration, Wi-Fi, client management solutions, and government security technologies for iOS, macOS, and exciting platforms.

  • Bachelorʼs degree or equivalent experience.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions.

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships.

  • Cross-functional expertise and experience with field sales, channel sales, field engineering, marketing, and enablement teams.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $152,700 and $229,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
